We quote estimated times of arrival as accurately as possible. However, some orders may be delayed beyond our quoted time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to discount due to production or shipping delays.
We offer free shipping on orders over $80, and for orders under $80 we have two shipping plans to choose from, including flat shipping $4.99,express shipping $7.99.
Delivery To Your Home
Before delivery of your product, there are a set of simple steps that can be taken to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, including measuring your space in advance, and clearing a path for delivery.
Rescheduled deliveries
Reschedules made after your delivery time-frame has been scheduled will incur a rescheduling fee. Please Note: If you are not at home at the time of your agreed-upon delivery time-frame, you will incur the expense of the original delivery fee, and be charged for a second delivery.
